Active relaxation: experience our new gym with a daily programme. Start your day with a balanced "Sunrise Pilates" - exercises for the arms, legs and upper body. You'll be amazed at how refreshed and revitalized you will feel, ready to face the challenges of the day.
Learn to know and feel your body - after an hour of "muscle relaxation according to Jacobsen" you will feel like a new person. Winding down is easy - Ricky will show you how. Tension - relaxation, holding - releasing, energy - calmness.

You’d like to get yourself really fit but the weather is putting you off? Then come and try our new fitness room and regain your strength, even if the weather is not so good outside. We would be happy to demonstrate how to use the equipment if desired.
