Arrival and Departure

Rooms are available from 14.00 on day of arrival. On departure, please vacate your room by 10.00.

Smoking

In accordance with the new laws, smoking is no longer permitted in our hotel. Smoking on balconies and terraces is also not permitted.

Payment

You may settle your hotel bill with either cash in Euros or with an EC debit card. (also in advance with a downpayment). We also accept the following credit cards: Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa.

Cancellations

Cancellations made up to six weeks before the date of arrival will not be charged. If you arrive after the date of the beginning of your stay, or leave earlier, you will be charged 70% of the daily room rate for the period of booking which was not utilised and the full rate for the time of actual stay.

For peace of mind, take advantage of the Ortnerhof insurance against cancellation offer. For just 2 Euros per person per day, you can protect against having to pay cancellation charges in the event of accident, illness or death or you or your immediate family either before or during your trip. To take advantage of this offer, please inform us at the time of booking.

Cancellations-Beauty Treatments

Time is precious! Therefore we reserve this time just for you to enjoy your beauty treatment. Should you wish to cancel your treatment, please let us know 24 hours in advance. In the case of cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, we are obliged to charge the full price of the treatment. Treatments booked at the time of reservation are binding.

Pets

Small dogs are only permitted by prior arrangement and agreement from the management. They must have their own dog baskets. Animals are not allowed in any of the inner or outer public areas of the hotel or in the wellness and beauty areas. We thank you for your understanding. Animals are charged at a rate of 9,- Euro per day (without dog food).
